A Trusted Voice
MY PORPOISEI amplify inspiring voices through podcasting, writing, and swimming to share wisdom, strengthen resilience, and encourage a healthy, active life.
MY GUIDING PRINCIPLES:
Health is the real wealth. Add value. Encourage Others. A good plan executed today beats a perfect plan never started. Time in nature can heal almost anything. Calm, confidence, and clarity are the keys to every morning. My community includes swimmers, changemakers, and kind earthlings. My husband is my person. Swimming. Humor. Family. Faith over fear. Love.
MY STORYWhen I Grow Up
As a child, I promised myself that one day I’d make the world better. I’ve spent years coaching, creating, and leading conversations that make a difference. I study how champions of every kind live well and perform well. If what I create helps just one person feel and do better, it’s meaningful. I believe:
“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.”
— Eleanor Roosevelt

Author
As the author of Take Your Mark, LEAD! and False Cure, I write to empower and to reveal truths. My purpose as an author is the same—to help others rise, heal, and lead.
Podcaster
As the host and creator of Champions Mojo, I’ve shared conversations with hundreds of Olympic athletes and coaches, world class experts, and everyday heroes. Crafted to help listeners live well, perform their best, and find their own mojo.
Swimmer
Dog paddling in a lake to competing as an Olympic Trials qualifier, NCAA Div. I All-American, and Masters World record breaker, water has always been my home. I believe swimming is a way to heal, connect, and thrive. I’m a swimvangelist, helping others find their flow in the water and in life.
Advocate
The International Topical Steroid Awareness Network (ITSAN) is a global charity, I co-founded with Dr. Marvin J. Rapaport, to give voice to a hidden health epidemic and hope to the suffering. A personal health battle became a global mission for truth, awareness, and reform—it’s why I wrote False Cure-no one should be made sicker from their medication.
